By accessing or using the STAMPT platform, applications, APIs, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
STAMPT provides a verified identity and marketing infrastructure platform. The Service includes identity verification, financial tier classification, marketing tools, loyalty infrastructure, analytics, API access, and enterprise licensing capabilities.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@stampted.com.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid services are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Promotional credits and reward balances have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire. They are promotional incentives — not currency, deposits, or financial instruments of any kind.

STAMPT and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including software, systems, designs, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property. Certain systems are protected by pending patent applications. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any STAMPT intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described at stampted.com/privacy.
Identity and financial verification is conducted through third-party verification partners. We do not share raw financial data with any third party. Verified credential outputs are used solely to provide the Service.
STAMPT is not a bank, financial institution, money transmitter, investment advisor, or broker-dealer. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific outcome.
Promotional reward balances are not deposits, investments, or financial instruments. We make no representation regarding their future availability or value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAMPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STAMPT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. No refunds are provided for unused periods except where required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS rules. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
